Why has CIAA basketball attendance been decreasing over the years? It seems as though the tournament has turned into more of a party/reunion, rather than the initial purpose of supporting our HBCU athletics.

Do you feel it will change during the 2016 CIAA weekend tournament, or do you think game attendance will continue to decline in the coming years? If the latter, what do you think the CIAA could do to address this continuing decline?
